Romi Boucher, PhD
Romi is a cultural change consultant with a focus on organizational, team and leadership transformation. Over the past twenty years she has facilitated companies in how to design, pivot, and redesign their strategy on an ongoing basis as their environment and needs change. She has helped leaders and their organizations cause breakthrough change and results in business sectors ranging from established Fortune 100 organizations, governmental agencies, and educational organizations to professional firms characterized by intense competition. As an executive coach, she has worked with senior leaders, directors, and managers in financial, administrative, sales, design and engineering fields in Fortune 100 corporations, non-profit organizations and government organizations. Her coaching approach addresses what it takes to lead and adapt in an innovative way; as organizations, in management teams and as individual leaders.
Romi has a Ph.D, in Human Development from Fielding Graduate University, Santa Barbara, CA the Human and Organizational Development School. Her thesis research was on the conversational practices that facilitate creative breakthroughs in collaborative workgroups.
